A drug used alone or with pembrolizumab to treat adults with certain types of urothelial cancer (a type of cancer in the bladder or urinary tract) that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Enfortumab vedotin contains a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called nectin-4, which is found on some cancer cells. It also contains an anticancer drug, which may help kill cancer cells. Enfortumab vedotin may also help the immune system kill cancer cells. It is a type of antibody-drug conjugate.
