Carboxypeptidase-G2 is a bacterial enzyme that helps break down and remove methotrexate from the body. It may also help certain drugs kill cancer cells. Carboxypeptidase-G2 is a type of chemoprotective agent and a type of prodrug activator. Also called glucarpidase and Voraxaze.
